Welcome
Women Corporate Directors is a rapidly growing international community of women who serve as directors of corporations. We are committed to sharing the best practices of corporate governance and to discussing the challenges of conducting business in a highly competitive and volatile global economy. With over 600 members who serve on over 800 boards, WCD membership provides a unique opportunity for networking, making new friends, and learning from the intellectual capital of accomplished women from all over the world.
WCD has chapters in Arizona, Atlanta, Beijing, Bogota, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Delhi, Hong Kong, Lima, London, Minnesota, Mumbai, New York, Norhtern/Central Europe (Berlin), Paris, Philadelphia, Sao Paulo, Seattle, Southern California, South Florida, and Washington DC. Chapters in Cairo, Doha, Mexico City, San Francisco/Silicon Valley, Shanghai, Tel Aviv, and Toronto are in formation.
Members participate in “off-the-record” Chapter dinners held three to four times a year and attend semi-annual International Institutes which focus on critical and current corporate governance issues as well as emerging business trends. Our website is a resource for member news, open board positions, speaking opportunities, archived speeches and a complete member directory. More detailed WCD information can be found on our Fact Sheet.
We appreciate your interest in the mission of Women Corporate Directors and the services this dynamic organization provides. If you are interested in becoming a member, please contact us.
Best,
